Engagements. Through client engagements we have partnered with individuals and teams in the following capacity:
- For a global human resources consulting organization, addressed a need to identify talent for a COO position for a virtual team delivering services to Global 10 clients. Engagement resulted in a restructure of the team, opportunity for an external candidate to assume the key role and the building of additional bench strength and a succession plan for the team.
- For a major financial services firm, designed and implemented a customer satisfaction event for the organization’s top tier clients. Engagement included a feedback survey, facilitated exercise and follow-up report on data provided by survey. Participants reported the activity was creative, engaging, and assisted them in communicating effectively with the bank in providing them with the level of service they anticipated.
- For an international entertainment conglomerate, created a leadership program for senior management, resulting in improved intra-staff relationships, self-assessment of leadership competencies, awareness of communications gaps and a working plan for performance improvement.
- For a national union, analyzed confidential data from exiting employees to create a statistical profile of critical areas in need of change and to identify best practices. The summary resulted in a quantifiable blue print that was used as an assessment tool for the executives of the organization regarding their own talent management opportunities.
