Ellen C. Reilly, Director for JLA Partners, is responsible for key learning and development initiatives for the firm and its clients. In her position she matches talent-driven opportunities with critical business solutions.

Ellen joined JLA Partners in April of 2009, bringing over fifteen years of corporate management and consulting in the field of Human Resources. She has in depth experience in executive search and talent management.

Prior to joining JLA Partners, Ellen was a management consultant with Ferrari & Associates, Inc. where she provided staffing solutions for clients through assessment, competitive research and targeted recruiting.

Ellen was also Manager of Human Resources for Chemical Bank New Jersey's Consumer Banking Division, which included over 100 branches. In addition to her focus on staffing, she was responsible for the redesign of the Consumer Bank Management Training Program.  Ellen has also worked for Dow Jones and CIT.

Ellen resides in New Jersey and is an advisory board member of the Wall High School Business and Finance Academy. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.

Ellen and Jo have been colleagues since 1986, when they met as members of the Morristown Chamber of Commerce.  Since then, they have collaborated on various work related projects prior to Ellen joining JLA Partners.
